AGM Reception – 20th AGM 2024

The AGM saw a turnout of nearly 500 people. This was much larger than the 2023 AGM.

This year, the AGM progressed very efficiently and smoothly, like it used to. We hope that it will stay this way so that the AGM can focus on key investment matters.

This year’s AGM of ICAP also saw special performances by 3 young Malaysians. Last year, ICAP, together with Capital Dynamics, sponsored and organised the i Capital Talent Show. This is an event meant to be a channel or platform where young Malaysians can showcase their talents. The 3 young performers were finalists in the 2023 i Capital Talent Show.

As Tan Teng Boo explained in the AGM, ICAP is the only listed company to conduct such corporate responsibility activities, especially aimed at the young Malaysians. For Malaysia to progress and succeed, we need to retain our talents, whatever they may be.
