AGM Reception – 17th AGM 2021

The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (“17th AGM”) of icapital.biz Berhad was conducted virtually on 20 November 2021.

The Designated Person and members of the Board getting ready to start the 17th AGM.

On the far left is Mr Tan Teng Boo, the Designated Person, followed by members of the Board comprising of Ms Tan Mun Lin (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director), Mr Boh Boon Chiang (Chairman of the Audit Committee, Independent Non-Executive Director) and the Chairman, Dato’ Seri Md Ajib bin Anuar.

On the far right is Datuk Mohd Nasir Bin Ali (Independent Non-Executive Director) followed by Dato’ Sri Syed Ismail Bin Dato’ Haji Syed Azizan (Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Independent Non-Executive Director) and Ms Tai Yit Chan, our Company Secretary.

The Company Secretary of icapital.biz Berhad, Ms Samantha Tai, confirming a quorum is present before Chairman call the meeting to order.
